The Basement Watchdog SI-33V ⅓ HP AC primary pump is formed out of solid cast iron with stainless-steel fasteners. To prevent airlock and make installation easier, they also include a built-in weephole. The built-in strainer can pass ½-inch solids, which allows it to function as both a sump and an effluent pump.
